According to Kotaku, a gaming blog that is part of the “Gawker” network under Gawker Media, Rockstar’s new title is slated for release on October 28. This would place the release within the North American fall period (September to December in Brazil).

The rumor stems from patterns observed in past game releases by the developer, such as Red Dead Redemption 2, which launched on October 26, 2018, as well as the legendary GTA San Andreas, which also debuted on the same date, but in 2004.

Now, let’s move on to two other key points. Take-Two has confirmed that GTA VI will release after Borderlands, which hits the market on September 23. Additionally, there’s the release of the new Call of Duty in November. Obviously, despite GTA VI being highly anticipated, the company would likely avoid launching it in the same month.
