To run properly, Rampage requires the latest version of Alexander Blade’s ScriptHookV plugin, including the files ScriptHookV.dll and dinput8.dll. Download Here
Installation is quick and easy — just check the included readme file for detailed instructions.
In short, simply extract the contents of the .zip file and drag everything into your main GTA V directory.
