PS3 Homebrew Advanced Power Options v1.11

Adds options for rebooting, rebuilding the database, and more. It also installs a “Reload XMB” package in dev_hdd0/packages/, which can be installed if you want this feature in the menu.

Now compatible with both HEN and CFW, so the name has been changed to “Advanced Power Options.”

Advanced Power Options (CFW/HEN) v1.06 and Later: Installation and Updates

To install Advanced Power Options (version 1.06 or later) on CFW/HEN, ensure that dev_blind is mounted. Without this, the installation will fail, triggering error code 8001003A.

Latest Features in Version 1.11:

• Screensaver Mode: A full-screen background without icons, thanks to offline JS contributions by @xp3riments.
• Menu Organization: The Reload XMB app has been moved into the advanced options submenu.
• NAND Recovery Mode Removed: NAND users needing recovery mode should revert to version 1.10.
• Streamlined Files: category_user_login.xml has been linked back to the main XML for simplicity.

Updates in Version 1.10:

• Compatibility: This version uses a signed SPRX file with 3.55 keys, enabling functionality on HEN.
• CFW Users: No major changes; updating is optional.

Changes in Version 1.07:

• App Placement: The Reload XMB app is now categorized under HM, appearing only in the power options menu.
• Content ID Update: The Reload XMB app’s ID was updated to RELOADXM1, preventing conflicts with the network version.
• Added Fake Info Line: PIC1.PNG was included to display a line of information under the Reload XMB app title.
• Hybrid Package: Using a tool by lmn7, this update combines custom and standard PKG, eliminating the need for separate Reload XMB package installation.

Note: Updates in v1.07 only affect the Reload XMB application, with minor improvements.

Version 1.06 Enhancements:

• Official NAND Recovery Mode: The NAND recovery option from v1.05 is now officially included.
• Login Screen Options: Added “Turn off (without confirmation)” and “Soft Reboot” to the user login screen.
• Compact Installer: The package installs directly to dev_flash and requires dev_blind to be mounted. The installer size is reduced to 330KB.

Additional Notes for Version 1.05

• Reload XMB and Boot OtherOS Packages: After installing, the Reload XMB and Boot OtherOS icons appear in your package manager if you opt for these features in the power and advanced options menus.
